Delivery is to the kerbside only. We will endeavour to accommodate any special delivery requests, but the driver's decision is final. We will not refund delivery charges where we have attempted delivery but a delivery is refused or aborted through no fault of our own.
A delivery date will be organised once your order has been confirmed, however we will not be able to provide a specific delivery time for your order.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL ORDERS WILL USUALLY BE DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING WEEK FROM THE ORDER DATE . OCCASIONALLY WE MAY BE ABLE TO DELIVER SOONER BUT WILL LET YOU KNOW ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER.
Please be aware that we deliver to certain areas on assigned days. We only deliver around the Kent area, please be aware if you are ordering outside of Kent, we will use a courier company and to call us for pricing before placing your order.
